Hair volume & elastic tension
Describe the intended hair volume and how the accessory will be worn. Review the same sample in three states: relaxed for diameter and gathering, stretched for hold and seam stability, and recovered for return and evenness.
Diameter, opening & fabric width
Record the relaxed outer diameter and inner opening separately. Agree how gathered fabric width is measured, plus the elastic length and width. Do not rely on “small” or “large” alone.
Fabric, seam & finishing
Confirm the outer composition and fabric weight. Check the fabric join, elastic join, loose threads and feel against the hair. Agree any wear and care checks on a sample.
Close-up review checklist
For each approved style, review one individual view, a measured relaxed opening, a fabric-join close-up and the final branded packaging during sampling. Keep one colorway record linking the silk shade, elastic and thread, label or trim, and exact pieces per pack.

Single, pair or multi-color set
Specify the count, size and color of every piece. For mixed sets, agree the assortment and how it should be grouped in each pack.
Label, card or pouch
Consider a small sewn label or keep branding on a card, pouch or box. Check attachment, label edges and the finished pack dimensions.
Coordinate with a sleep or hair collection
Pair a scrunchie with a sleep mask, pillowcase or curling rod. Confirm every component separately, then review the assembled set.

How do we choose a size?
Start with the silhouette and intended hair volume. Confirm fabric fullness and elastic performance separately through measurements and a wear trial.
Can a set contain different sizes and colors?
Include the proposed assortment and count per pack in the brief. Material availability, packing and production feasibility need review before confirmation.
When are pricing and timing agreed?
Before production, confirm the style and size, silk momme, physical color reference, elastic direction, logo method, packaging format, quantity per color and delivery target. The approved sample becomes the production reference.
