What do you need to prepare a sample?

Share the product type, measurements, intended market and quantity, plus any artwork or reference images. Details that are not decided can be discussed before the sample specification is agreed.

How is the minimum order quantity determined?

The product construction, fabric, color, logo method and packaging each affect the minimum quantity. Request a project-specific review rather than treating a concept image as a stock offer.

Can I customize the logo and packaging?

Include your artwork, intended logo size and placement, and packaging reference. The method, materials and finished presentation need confirmation against the selected product.

How should I confirm product quality?

Check composition, measurements, seams, color and branding on a physical sample. Record the agreed specification and tolerances, then confirm the inspection and packing requirements before bulk production.
